10.15-11.45am - Morning Class (Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop)

11.45-12.00 - BREAK

12.00-12.30 - Strength and Conditioning (Yoga, Stretching, Pilates, Cardio, abs and arms, etc.)

12.30-1.15 - Specialty Class (Tap, Ballet, African, Improvisation, etc.)

1.15-2.00 - LUNCH

2.00-2.45 - Solo Composition

2.45-4.00 - Musical Theatre Choreography

Tia Shaw

Tia Shaw

From the UK, Tia is an accomplished dancer with vocational examinations in  Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, and National dance (ISTD). She is also Zumba certified. Tia has competed in dance festivals across the UK including the prestigious All England National Finals. Tia obtained her teaching qualifications with the Imperial Society Teachers of Dancing in Tap and Modern Theatre Dance at the London Studio Centre. Many of her former pupils have enrolled at top UK colleges including Laine Theatre Arts, Bird College, Millennium and Bodyworks, and have gone on to qualify as dance teachers and secure work as professional dancers in London's West End, and on international placements.

Nina Pongratz

Nina Pongratz

Nina Pongratz is an American dancer, teacher, director, and choreographer. She is a graduate of the MA in Contemporary Dance (Irish World Academy of Music and Dance) and of the BA in Dance & Communications (Muhlenberg College, USA). Nina trained at Walnut Hill School of the Arts, has studied with David Parsons Dance Company (NYC), danced with Six Meters Dance Company (USA), and Fidget Feet Dance Company (IRE). Prior to ITW Nina taught dance

Erica Delaney Hayes

Erica Delaney Hayes is trained in Drama, Modern, Tap, Jazz (The New Oltans School, The Dance Centre, Digges Lane), and Classical Ballet (The Mary O'Reilly School). Musical Theatre credits: Annie and Buskin (Tivoli Theatre), Oliver (The Helix/COH), Michael Collins (COH). Panto credits: Cinderella, Puss in Boots (The Olympia Theatre), Sleeping Beauty, Jack and the Beanstalk, Aladdin (The Gaiety Theatre), and Fairy Godmother in Cinderella (The Helix). Jazz Dance

Jazz Dance

Encompassing a wide range of commercial dance styles including Jazz, Street, Urban-Commercial, and Jazz-Funk, this class will focus on dance styles seen in music videos and on TV. Jazz class in the ITW Summer Dance Intensive is about evolving strength, technique, and style while focusing on attack and confidence. Learn amazing acrobatics

Sarah Dennis

Sarah Dennis

Sarah is trained in ballet (Ms. Pauline McGrath, Debbie Allen School of Dance) and has received vocational dance exams in modern, ballet, tap, and RAD ballet (ISTD). Credits include The Nutcracker and Coppelia, (Irish National Youth Ballet), Swan Lake (Ballet Ireland). Sarah toured nationally with Monica Loughman and INYB. Additionally Sarah has danced with London Studios Centre, Central School of Ballet, the Yorkshire Seminars, and was granted a scholarship for the Impultz dance festival in Vienna where she studied with India’s got Talent judge, Terrence Lewis.

Hip Hop

Hip Hop

Hip Hop dance classes will focus on a variety of dance styles that include elements of popping, locking, breaking, tutting and more that correspond to today's hip hop music. This fun class will have a similar structure to other dance classes including a warm-up, technique, and learning routines, but will be more about finding your inner funk and enjoying yourself to the beat of the music. Jump high, kick loud, and get down to the beat in this fun and stylized class.

Jody Ennis

Jody started her training in Dublin at Westside Performing Arts and th Metropolitan School of Dance where she studied classical ballet under Mairead Langan. Jody was selected to take part in both the North London Dance Studios and CPA Studio's Scholarship Programmes at age 14.

By age 15 Jody spent her Transition Year in full-time training studying performing arts at the North London Dance Studios, UK. After finishing schooling in Ireland, Jody was awarded the Leverhulme Bursary to attend London Studio Centre where she graduated with a B.A. Honours Degree in Dance and Performance (2012).

Since graduating, Jody has worked professionally in Theatre, Television, Film, Concerts, and the recording industry. She has always had a flare and passion in teaching and with her diverse training and experience, Jody teachers masterclasses regularly in Ireland and the UK and strives to advance the next generation of dances in technique and performance skills in an inspiring and positive environment.
