This summer, the witches of OZ Broadway Summer Camp enchanted audiences with a daring performance.

Witches of OZ Performance 🎬

From 7th to 11th July, students of the Witches of OZ Broadway Summer Camp🪄 delivered a magical and energetic performance showcasing their talent and hard work. From powerful vocals to dramatic acting and lively choreography, the young performers brought the world of Oz to life on stage 🌟

Set in the fantastic world long before Dorothy ever dropped in, Witches of OZ inspired by Wicked story, tells the story of Elphaba the misunderstood girl born with emerald  green skin and Glinda, the bubbly and ambitious popular girl, two witches with very different personalities 💚💗 Though they start out as fierce rivals at Shiz University, their unlikely friendship becomes the heart of the show. As the two witches grow and change, they face difficult choices about loyalty, identity and what it means to be ‘’good’’.

Through dramatic scenes the campers portrayed the emotional complexity of these characters with surprising depth. Under the guidance of professionnal directors and choreographers, they tackled the themes of acceptance, power, and transformation, all while dancing and singing their hearts out.

Beyond the performance, the camp experience was packed with energy, creativity and pure joy. From daily warm ups to character workshops, theater games to group rehearsals, every moment was designed to inspire confidence, and spark imagination, for many campers, it wasn't just about preparing for the stage, it was about making new friends, sharing laughter, and stepping into the world where they could be another version of them.

Supported by professional direction, the campers captured the spirit of Wicked with passion and enthusiasm.

One of the highlights for the campers was the chance to learn choreography from professional artists and rehearse on a real stage- an experience that brought both excitement and a sense of accomplishment. By perfecting harmonies, practicing lines, or working together on scene, there was always something fun and engaging happening at camp.✨
