for students in Ty, 5th and 6th year!

To get the most out of ITW we recommend that all our students take Creative Drama with ITW Danceas a basic membership package in classes divided according to their school year. 

ITW Members can add additional classes and avail of generous members-only discounts for classes that include Speech & Drama , Jazz Dance , Singing , Lyrical/Contemporary ,Ballet and Hip Hop

Weekday and Sunday classes are available individually or as part of a bundle. 2 or more weekly classes at the non-member rate = ITW Membership and allows further classes to be taken at the discounted members rate.

On Saturdays in Clonskeagh individual classes are not available, we expect our Saturday students to take a combination of Creative Drama and ITW Dance(membership) and they are welcome to add further classes at a discounted price.

Our Speech & Drama students soon become articulate, confident and expressive speakers.They are quicker to speak up in class and imaginative and focused. They show a wide range of vocabulary in English assignments and remember quotes and poems. They understand and enjoy all kinds of dramatic and literary forms and love to read and go to the theatre.

Young Adult Timetable as of 22/5/2026

YOUNG ADULT PRICES:

All fees are paid in 10 week Instalments three times per year in September, November, and February. Enrolment is for the full academic year. 

Young adult dance & drama: €29.50 per week (membership) 

  • Adding small group Speech & Drama to membership: Additional €28 per week

  • Singing or Speech & Drama Only: €30 per week

  • Dance Only: €16.50 per week

  • Drama Only: €16.50 per week

  • YDA Youth Theatre Company:‍ ‍€24 per week

  • ITW Dance Company:‍ ‍€30 per week +Competition fees

  • Musical Theatre:‍ ‍€240 per term (Members only)

  • Private Lessons with membership: €35 per week

  • Private Lessons without membership: €40 per week

ITW Shakespeare Company

Our ITW Shakespeare Company have been awarded Gold School Status having taken part in The Shakespeare School Festivals for over 10 years. We have performed A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Merchant of Venice, Macbeth, Twelfth Night and Romeo & Juliet in recent years and we are delighted to have been selected again to participate in the Schools Shakespeare Festival 2023 - this time invited to perform in London.

ITW recitals
ITW recitals

ITW Recitals take place twice a year. Our singing and speech and drama students perform the pieces the pieces they have been working on in our recitals at our inhouse recitals at Christmas and May.

SCHOOL TERMS & DATES

Our classes run Sept to  May in line with the Secondary School Schedule with fees payable in 3 instalments (September, November, and February.)

30 weeks in total 

Enrolment is for the full academic year  

Our term dates can be found on our website calendar page. 

We close for Bank holiday weekends and school holidays. Holiday courses are available during these times. 

WHAT TO WEAR

 

Young Adults are expected to dress appropriately for Drama classes.

 Dance wear and Dance shoes must be worn at all dance class.

 A wide range of ITW sweatshirts and T-Shirts can be  purchased from our online shop and further dance wear is  available at Dance World, Ranelagh or Parnell Street or online.
